CALL FOR OFFERS

8002 98 Street, CLAIRMONT, County of Grand Prairie No. 1,
Alberta, Canada (the “Property”)

On behalf of the Seller, BJ Services Wind-Down Trust, thank you for your interest in acquiring the Property referenced above. Other qualified parties may have also expressed bona fide interest to purchase the Property. As a result, the Trustee for the Wind-Down Trust (“Trustee”) has directed us as it’s agent, Colliers International Houston, Inc. (“Colliers”) in cooperation with our local listing broker (RE/MAX Grande Prairie), to request that all Offerors provide a written Letter of Intent to Purchase (“Offer”) to Seller via Colliers no later than Friday, May 14th at 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time (the Call For Offers deadline).

Offeror’s (and their broker if they are represented) to submit a completed and executed Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (“CNDA”)(click on icon below to access the CNDA) to Colliers at their most earliest convenience; the linked form can be completed online, executed electronically and returned OR printed, completed & executed and returned. Upon receipt of the CNDA and confirmation of no changes to the CNDA, then Colliers will provide access to Offeror (and Purchaser’s Broker, if any) to certain Due Diligence Items made available by Seller for their review as Seller desires that Offerors be as informed as possible about the Property.

All Offerors are directed to submit:
1) CNDA;
2) Offer in the bullet point format provided via the LOI form (click on icon below to access the LOI form);
3) Written documentation of Proof of Funds; and
4) Confirmation if Offeror has already toured the Property (and if so, the date of the Tour.)

Failure to do so may result in rejection of the Offer. Offers to be delivered via email to the addresses noted below.
