A&R Logistics leases 133,333 square feet at AmeriPort Industrial Park in Baytown, TX 

Houston, June 15, 2020  – Colliers International is pleased to announce A&R Logistics has leased 133,333 square feet of tilt-wall, distribution warehouse at AmeriPort Industrial Park located at 703 Logistics Drive South in Baytown, Texas. The tenant was represented by Charles G. Fertitta Jr of Colliers International.

Each facility will have capacity to package 650 railcars per month.”
